A new world-wide blacklist has been created, the Forum and Blog Spammer Black-List (FBL). It collects IP addresses which have appeared to belong to Forum and Blog Spammers only, and are not related to other external sources.
Currently, it stores only IP's which have been used together with specific email addresses over a long time. IP's listed in this table retire after 180 days unless differently specified.
